They are very detail oriented when it comes to looking after your pup, especially with regards to safety and knowing the limits of your dog. They provided both a virtual and in-person meet and greet in order to get to know our pup. They have made accommodations for pick up in order to suit our needs. They are also willing to work on specific training needs, such as loose leash walking. They take amazing videos and photos of our pup’s adventures. Every time the Pupworld Van comes by, Nala whines to get in with her friends and go on her adventures. She pounces on Tom to meet him! Not to mention, Nala also loves their dog, Creama!”
