Introducing
PUPWORLD CANADA
At PUPWORLD, we aim to create a magical and timeless experience for your pups and deliver exceptional services based on our founding principles of SEA to give paw-rents flexibility, convenience, and a peace of mind when it comes to dog walking, training, and boarding.
our services
No matter the breed or size, every dog loves their outdoor time. Our outdoor daycare experience explores all the parks, beaches, and hiking trails Vancouver has to offer, rain, snow, or shine. Positive training sessions and transportation are included.
Some dogs may prefer taking their walks in peace, and some may simply be more suited in a private setting outside of a playgroup to ensure a Fear Free experience. We got their backs too. Our private walks can be at a neighborhood park or at a destination hiking trail.
Just got a puppy and struggling with shaping their behaviours? Our certified positive reinforcement marker trainers can offer you the help you need, whether it be 1-on-1 for personalized training or in a group setting. Consultation and training activities are provided.
Away for vacation and want to make sure your pup is in good hands while you are gone? We offer three boarding options that are customizable to suit your every need.

Luna the labernese
“Luna had a great time with the amazing people at Pupworld! As an anxious mom with an adopted puppy we were very selective when it comes to boarding and daycare options. We decided to give Pupworld a shot and right from the get-go Pupworld has exceeded our expectation - from the meet & greet, to daily hikes and now boarding when we are away, we can’t be happier. And our baby Luna enjoys it too!”

Pearl the Border Collie
“Jacqueline and Tom are the best dog walkers and boarding facilities I have ever met in Vancouver. (Yes, I said it!)
They are so kind and patient with Pearl, it’s like she’s their dog. I have always struggled to find a place where I can trust and leave my dog behind while I travel, and I’ve found it!
Absolutely the best experience. Thank you Jacqueline and Tom”

Chester the Labradoodle
“My 3 year old Labradoodle Chester has been going on adventure hikes with Pupworld twice a week for almost a year. I cannot recommend Pupworld enough! Tom is super responsible with pick-up and drop-off and Chester is always super excited to see him and go on a hike! There are videos of every hike that we can watch afterwards and Chester always looks like he is having so much fun running free on the North Shore trails! Tom walks 9000 steps during the hike so it is a real walking/running experience, not just the dogs ambling around in a park or beach. We wanted something where Chester would actually run around and get exercise. He always comes back home and falls asleep! Tom always takes care to wipe Chester off with a towel when he lets Chester back into our house after the hike. Thank you Pupworld, your adventure hikes are awesome!!”

Polly the Corgi
“My dog and I adore Jackie and Tom! Both the weekly hikes and the boarding have been amazing experiences. I never have to worry when my dog is in their care, she has an ABSOLUTE blast. Getting photos and videos from their adventures is such a great way to keep up with progress and what the dogs are up to. Working with these guys is 100% worth it!”

Evie the Cockapoo
“Pupworld is an excellent company with outstanding values! Our dog has been attending hikes with them for over a month now and they’ve been excellent with her since day one. Our dog has separation anxiety and they spent a couple sessions getting to know her and getting her comfortable with them and the bus. Their positive reinforcement approach to daycare has been amazing to boost her confidence. I would highly recommend them for anyone struggling with traditional doggy daycare. Even more, she comes home tired and happy! The photos and videos we get are also an added bonus!”

murphy the bernedoodle
“Murphy, our 2 year old mini Bernedoodle has had some terrific hikes with his dog pals at Pupworld. Tom and Jacqueline are kind and responsible people who clearly love dogs and put a lot of thought into taking care of them. Murphy loves them and is looking forward to more hikes and longer stays when we go on holiday. We are lucky to have found them.”

Mocha the mini aussie
“Pupworld took care of my dog Mocha twice when I went on vacation. He got a lot of exercise during his stay and became best buddies with the owner’s dog, Creama. They sent me many pictures during his stay there, and he looked so happy in all of them. I would leave Mocha here anytime I go out of town!”

Mario the Bernese Mountain Dog
“Best dog walker! The dog walker Tom is very responsible. My dog loves him very much. They will bring a tracker for the dog just in case and take very nice pictures of the dog every time. This photo is taken by Tom. He is even a Professional photographer! I can tell that my dog is very happy with them, the price is reasonable, highly recommended!”

Ginger the GSP
“We couldn’t be happier that we have Pupworld to take our dog on her weekly adventures. Our girl shows so much excitement when they show up to take her out with her friends. We know she is in safe and caring hands. What sets them apart from many others is their fear-free approach (an absolute must) and the aspect of training they offer with each walk. We also really appreciate their good time-keeping and communication as, surprisingly, this isn’t a given with all walkers. Thank you, Pupworld. We are so happy to have found you!”

Nala the Golden Retriever
“Our pup, Nala, loves Jacqueline and Tom! These two are so dedicated to their work. They are very detail oriented when it comes to looking after your pup, especially with regards to safety and knowing the limits of your dog. They provided both a virtual and in-person meet and greet in order to get to know our pup. They have made accommodations for pick up in order to suit our needs. They are also willing to work on specific training needs, such as loose leash walking. They take amazing videos and photos of our pup’s adventures. Every time the Pupworld Van comes by, Nala whines to get in with her friends and go on her adventures. She pounces on Tom to meet him! Not to mention, Nala also loves their dog, Creama!”

Balta the Husky
“The Pupworld dog trainers, Tom and Jacqueline are both well versed in dog behaviour. I opted for a 1 week boarding stay for my husky, Balta. During that time she was taken out for dog hiking and I was updated during her stay of some training they worked on with her. She had so much fun playing with their dog Creama and I definitely will be sending her back.”

Our outdoor daycare experience is all about exploring nature and going on hiking adventures. We pride ourselves on this new approach to daycare centred around creating an unforgettable and Fear Free experience for all our pups while they explore the outside world. For more information on all our services under Outdoor daycare, click here.
-
For all our services, we offer early pick-ups and late drop-offs at an additional fee. Alternatively, if access is provided, we can pick-up and drop-off the dogs at a designated location for the sole purpose of carrying out our services.
-
The recommended amount of exercise varies depending on your dogs’ age, breed, and health conditions. You may want to check with your vet to be sure.
In short, a full day is not something we offer on a recurring basis, but it can be arranged occasionally when needed.
On a full day with Pupworld, your dog will join two hikes, spending approximately 1.5 hours hiking on each adventure, not including transportation time. There is downtime between hikes to rest and recharge before heading out again.
-
Seasonal camping trips are only available from June to September on selective weekends. We have previously organized camping trips to Port Renfrew, and will have more exciting camping trip and day trip options for the upcoming summer!
For more information, click here.

We offer Private Walk at Your Comfort, which is a walk around your neighbourhood or a neighbourhood park. But we have added a new service: Private Walk Explore Mode.
With the Explore Mode option, we will take your dog to hiking at Pacific Spirit.

Depending on your dogs’ breed, age, and underlying health conditions, physical exercise need and the level of care required differ.
Our premium boarding is an option for pups that have regular physical exercise needs and can be home alone. This option still includes walks at neighbourhood parks and beaches, hikes when available, and training.
Our ultimate boarding experience ensures the dog will not be left at the boarding location alone. This may be the right option for dogs that require additional care or have separation anxiety.

Foundational Training such as strengthening recalls is included for all our Outdoor Daycare experiences, all Private Walk options, and all our Boarding services.

Our trainers are certified R+ (positive reinforcement) clicker/marker trainers. Under no circumstance do we condone any use of aversive tools such as shock/prong collars, and we do not condone positive punishment, negative reinforcement, or negative punishment training methods.
For our Outdoor Daycare, since it is in a group setting, our trainers will use a verbal marker instead of clickers. We mainly focus on practicing recall, check-ins, drop/trade, focus-training, and being redirected on walks for this service.
For Private Walks and Boarding Services, our trainers will work with you on clicker training. In addition to the Outdoor Daycare focus, we are able to tailor training to suit your specific needs, such as leash skills, leash reactivity, greeting other dogs/persons, and more.

With recurring attendance, we will have the same pack each day of the week. This is strongly encouraged to ensure compatibility within our packs.
Dogs are just like us humans, even if they are a social butterfly, they don’t get along with every dog. We want to ensure that your dog is comfortable and having fun, and that’s why it’s important for us to establish recurring attendance so we can easily group the packs by size and play style! This is also so that if your dog doesn’t get along with a certain dog on one of the days, they can switch to another day where they may find playmates that are more compatible.
Another reason? CONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHING. While some dogs may be perfectly fine making new friends every day or every week, it may be overstimulating and stressful for many dogs. We want to minimize this as much as we can, while offering flexibility and accommodation where we can.
It is much easier for us to accept drop-ins, but we want to ensure your dogs’ health and safety first and foremost.
Existing clients are more than welcome to schedule drop-ins. We offer discounted pricing for recurring bookings, and we strongly recommend considering it to help us cultivate a comfortable and unforgettable experience for your dogs!
