our boarding services
We understand that it takes an enormous amount of trust to lodge your pup for a few days. We have you covered! We offer a variety of Boarding Services and can be customized according to your budget and your specific needs.
Please note that due to limited availability, our Boarding Services are available with priority given to existing clients. If you are a first-time client, we require a Zoom Consultation and Meet and Greet prior to boarding.
Due to limited space and the size of the Boarding location, we apologize that at this time, we cannot accommodate large dogs (>70lbs+) that are not existing clients. We are working tirelessly to make this service more accessible for dogs of all breeds.
We are currently fully booked until November 2024 and will not be taking new clients for boarding
important information for all boarding doggos:
Transportation: Transportation is not included as a part of our Boarding services. Pick-up and drop-off may be available depending on pick-up/drop-off location at an additional fee
Drop-off (Check-in): On weekdays, drop-off must be before 9AM or after 6:30PM. On weekends and holidays, drop-off time is 10AM — 9PM
Pick-up (Check-out): On weekdays, pick-up must be before 9AM or after 6:30PM. For AM drop-offs, if your dog is not picked up before noon, a half-day fee will be applied. If your dog is not picked up by 10PM, an additional night of boarding will be charged
Holidays: An additional fee will be applied for statutory holidays
Deposit: If you are reserving boarding dates more than 2 months in advance, a deposit of $100 is required to hold the spot. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final Boarding invoice and will be returned if booking is cancelled with proper notice
Long-term Boarding: For new clients, if you are planning to board your dog for 5+ days, we require at least 1-hike and a half-day daycare prior to boarding; if you are planning to board your dog for 10+ days, we require a minimum of 2-day trial boarding and if you are planning to board your dog for 14+ days, we require a minimum of 3-day trial boarding. For existing clients, we require a minimum of 1-day trial boarding if you plan to board your dog for 14+ days
Special Arrangements: If your pup cannot be left alone or need other accommodation, they must be enrolled for Ultimate Boarding. If you require boarding at your choice of location (i.e., overnight pet-sitting), an additional fee will be applied

premium boarding experience
Premium Boarding may be the right option for your pup if they need lots of exercise, enrichment, and training!
Morning or Afternoon Outdoor Daycare Experience inclusive of the Boarding Service, which includes 90-minutes at an off-leash park, beach, and/or hiking trail and additional dedicated training sessions. 1 hike/week is included if you are Boarding for 4+ days; hikes are not included for Boarding less than 4 days and may be added at an additional fee. The number of hikes included also depend on whether there are spots open for the group hikes and could vary for clients that are not recurring hikers with us
Not left alone for more than 5-hours on any given day
Additional training sessions throughout the duration of the stay
Meals based on feeding instructions, fed separately from other dog(s) under our care
Enrichment toys such as food puzzles and Licki-mats can be provided upon request
Beds, crates, pen are available
Dogs are allowed on furniture and have access to all guestrooms with the exception of the master bedroom
GPS tracker, harness, and leashes are provided
Security camera on site
Free Zoom consultation and Meet and Greet prior to service, including an exploration-based enrichment exercise to help dog(s) explore and investigate the space they will be boarding at, to ensure they are not displaying Fear, Anxiety, or Stress signals
Please note that for Premium Boarding, the pack may be gone in the morning or afternoon for Outdoor Daycare. Potty breaks will be before, during lunch break, and after daycare

The Ultimate Boarding Experience may be the right option for your pup if they are adventurous, love the outdoors, enjoy spending lots of time with other dogs, and/or require some additional care from us!

safety is our top priority
We understand that leaving your pup with us takes huge amount of trust and ensuring the pups’ safety is our number one priority above all else.
pet first aid
All our staff are Pet First Aid certified and are thereby certified to perform CPR and other emergency first aid in the event that your pup gets hurt or injured, whether it be a minor or major injury. We will also have a First Aid kit with us at all times including a plank for transportation in emergency situations.
to ensure safety on walks
Appropriate safety gear including front-clip harnesses and leashes will be provided. We carry two 44oz dog water bottle with us at all times to ensure that your pup is hydrated as they explore new places! We also have GPS trackers ready-to-use for all our attendees while they are under our care, in case of any unforeseen situation.
to ensure safety on the road
Our PUPBUS equipment are all Crash-tested and CPS approved, including CPS approved seat harnesses and buckles, as well as Gunner Kennels. Our car seats have a non-slip tarp and the kennel has bed cushions for added safety and comfort. We have a strict maximum capacity, and we ensure that all pups are safely buckled in and are seated comfortably with room to stretch.

We require a Meet and Greet and a signed Service Agreement prior to admittance into our programs. This is to ensure the safety of your pup and the whole pack.

The purpose of the Zoom consultation is to better understand the type of service you are looking for, and any additional information you may want to share with us so we can better care for your pup
We will send our Service Agreement to you after the consultation for you to fill out for the Meet and Greet
We will arrange a Meet and Greet with you during the Zoom consultation if we are a good fit!
During the Meet and Greet, we’ll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have. This is a great time to let us know if you have any special requests and we’ll try our best to accommodate
We require the Service Agreement to be signed and returned to us at the end of the Meet and Greet, should you want to move forward with our services

our cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a Boarding booking, we request at least one-week notice. Cancellations made one-week before the scheduled boarding will be eligible for a reschedule free of charge. Cancellations made with at least 2-day notice will be eligible for future credit, but not for a full refund. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 2-day notice will result in a charge of the service amount in full.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances get in the way. If it’s an emergency, please let us know and accommodations can be made.
